When booking tutoring sessions:

• Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• Session times are confirmed upon receipt of payment or package purchase
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred times and tutors
• Session duration is typically 60 minutes unless otherwise specified
• Students should be ready and logged in 5 minutes before the scheduled start time

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 24+ hours notice:Full credit or refund
• Less than 24 hours:50% credit, no refund
• No-show:No credit or refund
• Tutor cancellation:Full credit and priority rebooking

7. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is subject to the following terms:

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment is required before sessions commence
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Session packages must be used within 12 months of purchase
• Prices may be updated with 30 days notice to existing customers

• Provide a suitable learning environment free from distractions
• Treat tutors and staff with respect and courtesy
• Not record sessions without prior written consent
• Not share account credentials or session links with others
• Complete assigned homework and practice materials

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to worksheets, presentations, and study guides, are the intellectual property of Studyyo or our tutors. Users may use these materials for personal educational purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring services:

• We do not guarantee specific academic results or grade improvements
• We are not liable for technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services
• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages
